list of abilities
Abilities are always categorized into one of the following types. If an ability does not meet any of these categories, then it cannot be used, however, most anything can be worked into system.

Biological magic cannot be used in enchantments.
Haemomancy Blood magic.
-- Examples include creating blood projectiles, controlling blood, healing with blood, and increasing blood pressure.
Osteomancy Bone magic.
-- Examples include creating bone weaponry, bone armor, and bone projectiles.
Vitamancy Healing magic.
-- Examples include healing wounds, reattaching limbs, and at higher levels, resurrecting the recently deceased.
Dermamancy Skin magic.
-- Examples include changing the color and density of one's skin, and creating skin weaponry.
Proteomancy Muscle magic.
-- Examples include increasing one's strength to superhuman limits or weakening another.

Fighting Spirit acts differently and uses the POW stat when referencing how powerful an ability can be instead of the SPC stat.
Fighting Spirit Raw spirit and power of will.
-- Examples include increasing physical capabilities and harnessing inner energies as a means of attack by using the raw power of one's spirit. Out of any magic type, Fighting Spirit is the least versatile, with its use being fairly limited to increases in strength, combo attacks, and small energy attacks.
